VAT

All of our product prices are VAT excluded.

Large Orders

Packing and Cutting of Large Orders may take longer to process.

Cutting Specifications

  • Cuts will be 90 degrees +- 0.5deg.
  • The Length will be +- 1MM. (Measured with a tape measure)
  • For all cuts a Yilmaz ACK-420S UPCUT MITRE SAW 380V will be used.

Shipping Details

  • Orders without profile cutting: Ship same day as payment is cleared by payfast (same day) or same day as direct EFT shows in our account as long as this is cleared by 13h00.
  • Orders with profile cutting: Profiles are cut once payment is cleared by payfast (same day) or same day as direct EFT shows in our account. Orders will ship once profiles are cut. Cutting may delay shipping by 1 day depending on cutting department workload. Packing and cutting of large orders may take longer.
  • Orders being shipped to major centres will be as per the service selected (next day or economy 3 day). Orders being shipped to non-major centres will take one additional day for shipping.
  • Fee shipping over R2000: To qualify for free shipping, the basket subtotal must be over R2000. Customers will qualify for free Economy Road Freight and a discounted rate will be offered on Express Road Freight.
  • Orders placed by 01:00 PM on Monday - Thursday 'should' leave the same day for shipping.
  • Orders placed by 11:00 AM on Friday 'should' leave the same day for shipping.

Cutting Cost

Cutting Cost is free of charge for every product within the Aluminum Profile category (for which you can specify a length).

Additional Service

Machining cost is only applicable to the connecting elements in the cart. If any additional machining is required please email us on support@moduasm.co.za for a quote. 

MATSA Reserves

MATSA reserves the right to reject orders of cut profiles in cases where there will be excessive wastage (offcuts) in large quantity orders.

  • Select the PG profile according to your needs – strength, weight etc.
  • Check the ‘T Slot Size’ of the profile. T Slot sizes are 6,8,10
  • Determine which additional elements are required.
    1. Most elements are based on either PG profile and/or T-Slot size.
    2. Look for ‘15/20/30/40/45/50 in the element part number to see which profile size it is suitable for.
    3. Look out for 6 / 8 / 10 to see what slot size it is suitable for.
  • Select details of additional elements – thread sizes, colours etc.

Terms and Conditions

Shipping
  • moduasm.co.za keeps as complete an inventory as possible, however, some items are offered on-order basis only or may be out of stock. This will mean that the delivery time will be slightly longer than usual. Due to products being imported, prices are subject to change, especially on items that are not in stock.
  • In the event of an extended delay in delivery time or price fluctuations, we will be in contact with you.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
  • In-stock items are dispatched once payment is reflected in our bank account.

Returns (30 days for a refund if terms are met.)
  • Items may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered.
  • If the item(s) are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the item(s) having been delivered to you and must be returned to us as soon as possible. The defective part may be subject to a Supplier test.
  • Any damage to a delivered must also be reported immediately.
  • Item(s) must be in original unopened packaging
  • You must contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item
  • Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment
  • Return shipping charges are not refundable
  • Returns on items with free shipping will be refunded for the purchase price less the shipping cost originally incurred to send you the item(s)
  • The original invoice must be provided
  • Shipping charges ARE NOT refundable unless an item was shipped to you in error.
  • In the event that an item requires warranty service, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warranty service centre.
